The waiting areas could do with modernising and at the very least cleaning up. Receptionist staff always have their window closed and 'wait to be seen sign' as they are taking phone calls.I suggest one receptionist doing phone calls and one always available for patients. Also a smile and pleasant attitude wouldn't go a miss!

Booked appointments online. Can get appointments to suit your convenience. Usually pretty quickly. Excellent service.
I have been a patient here since birth and I would not go anywhere else. The care and understanding with the whole family is great. Thank you for all your hard work.
Its a great practice. Its very helpful being able to use the internet to book
appointments also confirmation of bookings and reminders using your mobile
phone.The doctors have time to spend with you you are not rushed at all.My husband
and myself are very satisfied with the care and attention we receive from this practice.
As a newcomer to Doncaster from Essex, I went to two other surgery's before deciding to go with Kingthorne Group Practice , I likes the smile and pleasant manner of your receptionist. I found registering an easy task I have seen only one doctor, as a check up and had my very first flue jab (which was administered very efficiently and painless) The reception staff were helpful. My only criticism being I was not told by anyone, about signing in when coming into the building for an appointment .
